UniMeal

UniMeal is a platform, available on Android, iOS, web and Google Assistant which improves the experience in university canteens providing menus, queues, and more. I started the project by myself during the university: in the following months I met other people that helped me with the iOS app, the communication, the web dashboard and so on. This experience taught me a lot of things both technically ( first Android project ) and humanly: the students' reviews and advices were always helpful for me to improve the service and trying to convince the topside in university that our platform was good!

From 2016 to mid 2018 the app has been downloaded thousands of times and hopefully helped a lot of students with their lunches! 

In April 2018 the platform was acquired by a university company that manages all the canteens called, as mentioned, Opera Universitaria.
